Embark on a one-day horseback adventure through the stunning Sacred Valley to the pre-Inca archaeological site of Pumamarca with True Peru Travel.
This trip begins in the historical town of Ollantaytambo in the Sacred Valley, where you'll meet your horse and receive basic horse-riding instructions if you need them. From there you'll ride with an English-speaking guide for around 2 hours through the Pata Cancha-Valley following the banks of the Pata Cancha River, passing Inca terraces and small colourful towns such as Muñaypata and Muscapiquio. The climax of this journey will be the pre-Inca ruins of Pumamarca set in stunning Andean surroundings. After relaxing in these spectacular surroundings, you'll continue to Ollantaytambo.
This trip is a great mixture of horse-riding fun, amazing views, and ancient history.

This tour includes lunch and transport from and to your hotel in the Sacred Valley . On request, we can include private transport from and to Cusco, which has an extra cost of US$50 for two people. One-way transport is US$25 for two people.
